Sparkling Grape Terrine recipe

Ingredients:

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
½ cup boiling grape juice
2 ½ cups sparkling apple cider
2 cups halved red grapes
2 cups halved green grapes

Directions:

1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl until completely dissolved, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in apple cider and refrigerate until slightly thickened, 60 to 90 minutes.

3. Add grapes to gelatin mixture and stir. Spoon into mold of choice lightly coated with nonstick spray. Chill 4 hours or until firm. Unmold and serve cold.
