Grapes with Yoghurt Sauce recipe
Ingredients:
1 small ripe banana, peeled and sliced.
½ cup of plain whole milk yoghurt.
Superfine sugar, to taste.
Dash of rum.
1 ½ cups of red seedless grapes, rinsed, halved.
Mint leaves, to garnish.
Chopped pistachio nuts, to garnish.
Directions:
Purée the banana with the plain yoghurt and season with superfine sugar and a dash of rum.
Spoon into the bottom of wine glasses and spoon grapes over the top.
Garnish with mint and/or pistachios.
