Grapes and Walnuts with Lemony Sour Cream Sauce recipe
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of red seedless grapes.
1 ½ cups of green seedless grapes.
3 tablespoons of chopped walnuts.
½ cup of fat-free sour cream.
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
½ teaspoon of grated lemon peel.
½ teaspoon of lemon juice.
1/8 teaspoon of vanilla.
Directions:
To make the topping, combine the fat-free sour cream, powdered sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice and vanilla in a small bowl. Cover and chill for several hours before serving.
Divide the grapes among six dessert glasses or bowls.
Add 2 tablespoons of the topping to each.
Sprinkle each serving with chopped walnuts.
Serve.
